Kareem W. Nahas is the owner and managing broker of Nahas Realty & Investments. Kareem is accompanied by his team of professionals who consist of inspectors, contractors, attorneys, CPAs, and property management companies who leverage their expertise to guide high-growth investments in undervalued assets in the state of Nevada and select cities throughout the country. A real estate investor since 2003 and a licensed real estate broker since 2008, Kareem's expertise is in complex real estate investment negotiation.
